  This man-made lake is fantastic. It isn't really deep so It's particularly great for children. Our 6-year old can walk all the way to the buoys with her face above water. Lifeguards on duty till 7 p.m. Lots of groomed sandy beach, shade, grass, walking/biking trails, picnic & BBQ facilities, parking plus a concession and amenities building. About 7 km from Medicine Hat, it's a perfect getaway in the beautiful Badlands. The South Saskatchewan has a boat launch for your water 'toys' of all kinds.

  Kids loved it. Great concession, reasonable prices. Lifeguards were very helpful, and personable. Overall great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

  An awesome place to hang out for the afternoon whether it's just yourself or a large group of friends or family. Go for a dip in the pool, throw a BBQ up, or just lay in the sun- it's all good at Echo Dale!

  Beautiful park. Lots of space and not crowded. Amazing view of some cool rock formations

  Its a great place to take your family for swimming and a picnic. I just love it there. Beautiful scenery. Plus its free, cant go wrong with that. The only down side is that they kick you out at 7.
